When you pull back the curtain a bit in this world, you will find deep and ongoing pain in many of us. Suppressing this pain through medications and coping strategies can bring about temporary relief but not everlasting internal peace. Helping you confront and heal the root cause of your anxiety, depression, addiction, anger or other difficulties is our goal.

At Lasting Peace Counseling, our speciality is walking with people grappling with traumatic life experiences. We are professionally trained, experienced and accredited in a variety of evidenced based therapy treatment models including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral (TF-CBT) and Christian Counseling.

We will work together to find the style of treatment that works best in your situation and you will leave with tangible things you can do each day to sustain your progress. Confronting trauma will not be easy but on the other end of healing is discovering how valuable, strong and capable you really are. Our world needs a fully restored you in it.
