Our Services

Individual Therapy Sessions

Through 50-90 minute one on one sessions, you will evaluate your life story and gain insight into where you have been and how it has placed you where you are today. In our stories, we are able to look at those spaces we might need to grieve, heal wounds, and assess relationships. My role is to come alongside you and walk with you through the entire process while guiding, challenging, and supporting you.

Depending on the complexity of your trauma and which treatment modality is best for you, you can expect treatment to last between 6-12 months long.

Individual and Group Clinical Supervision

To bring hope and healing to those who are seeking help is an honor and a privilege. However, it comes with its own set of challenges as we absorb the stories and trauma of those we counsel if we are not doing our own work. While being trained in best practices and the latest research is pivotal in this field, the health of our minds, bodies, relationships and souls are even more important. You will not serve your clients well if you are fragmented, distracted and detached.

It was through my own season of burn out that I have been able to understand what true healing is and how to embody God’s design for us as helpers. If we are gifted with the ability to bring lasting peace to others, we MUST be living it out ourselves daily.

In your clinical supervision sessions, you will be equipped from a root level so that you can pour into the ones who are seeking your professional guidance.

What To Expect:

Monthly sessions to set goals for yourself, your clients and your practice/organization.

Evidence based treatment tools/ideas to implement with your clients

Group Classes

Girls Groups

As I counsel girls and women of all ages and backgrounds, one thing is certain; we are designed to connect. We are wired for relationships. We all desire to be seen, heard, loved and known. One of the biggest struggles I see our girls facing today is connecting with others and knowing each other on a deep level. A lot of this has to do with the digital age of today. Technology and devices demand so much of our attention, causing distractions and pulling us in many directions. Too much information is being thrown at us. As adults, it is too much for our brains, bodies and souls. But even more difficult for our younger ones as their brains and bodies are just developing. They are being overloaded. Girls and women compare and compete with one another and struggle in maintaining healthy friendships. God created us for relationships in the beginning. It is time we get back to the basics.

Meets: Once a week for 8 weeks at a time. Groups start as soon as at least five girls are registered.

Cost: $312.00 which covers snacks, materials and lessons

Tweens (ages 9-11)

Lessons focus on being rooted in the vine and growing the fruits of the Spirit. By these fruits, we are empowered to be good friends to our families, our peers and those who are difficult to love. This year forms the foundation that future years will build upon, establishing healthy relationships with self, God, one another and community.

Teens (ages 12-15)

Lessons include friendship, bullying, confidence, body image, purity, pornography, boys and identity.

This curriculum will uncover relevant issues of injustice, caring for the poor and hurting, deepening our heart/mind/body/soul connection and help our teens cope with the intensity of the world. We will explore how to keep a balance of honoring diversity in other faiths and world views while still maintaining our own convictions to stand upon.
