Jenilee Goodwin
Social Work Intern
Jenilee is a Social Work Intern with a history of walking alongside women, moms, and families as they navigate complex stories, transitions, and challenging seasons. She works with people from many different backgrounds and experiences, offering support that is compassionate, grounded, and respectful of each person’s journey. As a mother of three young adult daughters with ASD and ADHD, she brings personal insight into the world of neurodiversity and loves resourcing and equipping clients who are exploring these layers in themselves, their marriage, or their families.
Jenilee integrates principles from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and values creating a safe, steady environment where clients can explore every page of their story — even the complicated, painful, or confusing parts — without fear of judgment. She believes healing grows in the presence of compassion, curiosity, and connection.
Before entering social work, Jenilee spent more than a decade living and serving in Africa, working across languages, cultures, and communities. Her background in ministry, life coaching, and missions taught her how to hold space for people’s stories with gentleness and hope. Jenilee is passionate about trauma‑informed, faith‑integrated care and brings a calm, supportive presence to her work. She believes every person’s story deserves to be heard, honored, and held with care.
