GIRLS GROUP
Two Girls Group Offered
Younger Girls Group ages 8-10 Tuesdays @ 4:00 p.m.
Older Girls Group ages 11-15 Tuesdays @ 5:30 p.m.
This group is designed to equip our girls for the challenges and opportunities of elementary/ middle/high school by focusing on key themes such as peer pressure, accountability, and relationships. Our aim is to help them navigate these formative years with confidence and integrity.

Keeping Focus: We will emphasize maintaining focus on what truly matters by addressing the lies we believe about God and ourselves, and actively replacing those with truth.
Healthy Communication: Developing the ability to express thoughts and feelings clearly and respectfully.
Emotional Regulation: Learning techniques to manage emotions in a healthy and constructive manner.
Friendship and Social Dynamics: Understanding the foundations of healthy relationships and addressing the challenges that can arise.
Body Image: Promoting a positive self-image and understanding the impact of societal standards.
Social Media: Navigating the digital world responsibly and understanding its influence on self-perception and relationships.
True Courage: Cultivating the courage to stand up for one’s beliefs and values.
